How do you remove the trim that goes around the vinyl on a 73 Charger?

I've never dealt with a '73, but my '69 had posts that went through the quarter, and posts on the inside. Assuming you're not talking about the drip rail trim.....

There are plastic spring clips on a post under the trim. There may be a tool for it but I was able to get them off with a putty knife or small pry bar. Just be careful. If you can get the side clips free you could slide it off the ones on the roof.
