would wheel size fit on 68 charger 17x9 on front and 17x10.5 back with 5.95 backspace

6" backspace is too much upfront. You want about 0-1/2" positive offset up front, which would be 5-5.5" of back space on a 9" rim.

6" backspace may work in back, but you're pushing the envelop. I think most guys run 5.5" back space on a 10" rim with very little room to spare, depending on tire size. Again 0-1/2" positive offset will best center the tire in the wheel well.

Sounds like you're looking at some late model Mustang rims. Get some .75" thick adaptors (not spacers).

Would a 9'' rim with 5,5'' backspace fit up front?? Sounds big to me. What kind of tire are you thinking?
