I was able to obtain a copy of the September 1970 Automobile Manufacturers Association Form for the 1971 Charger.

I started posting some of the information, (its a lot of work) but now have a link to share. I'll keep at it and finish as time allows.

I have a 1970 set here somewhere but have not had time to scan it yet. Good to see that someone has found a 1971 set!
