I have a 72 Charger thats pretty well optioned and am starting a restoration and wondering what color to paint a couple of things. I took out the headlight bucket assemblies and to me the brackets were black and the buckets were just cleared, anyone know the right color for them? The  A/C lines seem to have been black once, do they get gloss black? How about the hard lines that go between the evap core and condensor? One last question about the A/C is how do you clean the rubber part of the hoses to make them look like new?  I'm sure there wll be more questions later. Thanks Craig.

PS.: Did you get the email I sent ? stuff arrived to USA just waiting for shipping quotes up to your place.

To be honest, with regards to the rubber A/C hoses - I just wiped them over with thinners and then coated them with Maquiers Endurance tire gel. Looks great.

Yes it does look great. Beautiful car. I have another 72 that I hope to make it into a superbee some day. I have the hood and rear valance. It will be a 400 stroker. I will paint it butterscotch. Craig
