Is this a decent price?

The guy who did my body work, panel replacement, and paint(when it is time) quoted me $1k flat (+ parts of course) to redo/rebuild the suspension and to do a front disc brake conversion and replace the rear drums. This will also include blasting and priming and painting the suspension parts that are salvagable. Sound decent to me but wanted to run it by you guys?

Yeah I'd say it's a good deal.

My charger has 4 wheel disks so  at whatever is stock...
