Is this the right ignition switch?

Is this the right ignition switch for a 70 Charger? I don't think so. I do not have mine out so I do not want to start and be stuck? If this is not right - any recommendations?

Any advice? I have never done this before.

FYI, that's the key cylinder, not the ignition switch.  The ignition switch is inside the column that the key cylinder touches up against.

Check out this thread for pictures, the top picture is accurate for a 70 Charger.

That's what I thought. It looked too long and thin. Where do I find the right one at a low cost.

Should I take the column out of the car?
