Radiator Replacement

Hey Guys, I have a 68 318 Charger XP VIN code. My radiator is weeping from several locations, I could probably get it fixed but would like to put a direct replacement aluminum radiator in instead. Mine has the transmission cooler in the bottom. Can someone suggest a part number out of the Summit catalog or a brand with a part number that will work. Much appreciated.
