I've heard it said that once a smoker always a smoker, just depends on how much stress you go through...

The HARDEST time for me the first few quits was right after lunch ad dinner

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

The hardest time for me was in the car. I always had a cig in hand as I was driving. Very hard to resist that temptation.

Drinking is the worst for me.

A drink and a cigarette just go together so well.

Congrads

Its a filthy and potentionally deadly habbit and well worth getting rid of.

I quit in my early 30's and have never looked back.

Finally convinced my girlfriend to quit.

She really needed to. She's got all kinds of lung and alergy problems and should have quit years and years ago. or better yet....never started.

I'm glad I was influencial enough to convince her to stop finally.

Keep up the good work and never look back. You'll thank yourself for it. Trust me.  :icon_smile_approve:
