Need to find a website or local company that can build a Shop with a loft for me in Pocatello, Idaho???

Try Tuffshed. In addition to garden sheds, they also put up stick-frame garages. If you want less expensive, there should be plenty of local pole-building contractors in your area.

Call your local building inspector and ask for a list of the good contractors. He would know better than anyone else. Also ask at the local lumber yard ( real yard, not HD or Lowes).

Mostly need to see building plans and stuff so I can make sure I have room for my stuff and enough room for me to stay

If you talk to various garage builders, they will have a variety of plans available to show you.    Tell them what you need to store, how big you want to go, and they will be able to come up with plans and a price.    Where I live, we have several companies that specialize in storage and garage type buildings.

You should find out what's allowed on the property before building anything. I don't mean ask a salesperson in a Home Depot or a contractor that builds sheds & garages, I mean ask the building inspector or someone in the zoning office. If you don't, it'll be like buying & working on an old Charger without a clear title in your name & then finding out you don't own it & having it taken away.

I had TuffShed put up a 16x24 garage with a slab foundation. $10K total in 2000. This included 4 dual pane windows, heavy duty door and garage door. 20 year comp shingles too.

Try Angieslist.com it's a refural list for reputable contractors of all kinds. You can get a list for your area. Make sure you have atleast a 12ft setback from the property line & won't shed water onto your neighbors land. I am a former contractor of sorts, I use to specialize in Automotive dealerships, Go to your local building department see what the cost can be, some area's add a varriance fee up to $2000, Usage fee a per/sgft charge, & permit fees for any structure over 120sqft, on top of the building costs, if you add electrical & sewer or plumbing they can also add a hook up & installation/supplies fee. Make sure you have the extra capasity for the needs of water, water shed, electrical, sewer or septic & space from the house & property line, front, back & sides & there can be fees for driveway ingress & regress, fees sometimes also apply. Good luck with your project.     Budnicks
