Planning to mount new fuellines since I need a regulator installed after meassuring 8 psi fuelpressure. What's the minimum size innerdia that you can run the car on? Untill now I had
5.5 mm and the new ones are 4.2 mm. I'm not planning to run the car on the strip BTW.

440 would have 3/8 inch fuel line Per. (Stock) But I've seen up to 1/2 inch used.  :scratchchin: So 3/8 = about 9.75mm O.D. (?)  :shruggy: Keep in mind you want volume of fuel @ given pressure across RPM's.

:yesnod:

3/8"  or 10mm  :yesnod: ( find out what is the Max fuel pressure for your carburettor  , too much  fuel pressure at the carb can false the float needle off the seat  , & cause big flooding running problems at best  :yesnod: ))   also depends on what motor & what mods have been done etc etc

Thanks guys but I was more refering to inner diameter. I have 3/8" from tank including the sensor/pickupunit but that's the outside diameter.
My 500cui have a 850 proform carb and a high volume carter fuelpump which indeed needs a regulator that I will install now because the pressure is creating flooding at low RPM's but today I have approx 1/4" innerdiameter between pump and carb with no issues at all regarding low fuellevel although
I never used full throttle yet. :icon_smile_big:
