Has anyone ever dealt with A&A trans and used their parts?

I was thinking of buying some parts such as maybe a billet drum from them.  I've heard that they are about the best for Mopars but have no personal knowledge.

Anyone?

Check with others for lots of input but I have an entire Rick Allison (A&A) trans in my 69 Charger. I also have a 9 1/2 inch 3500 stall Dynamic converter from there. I can not believe the drivablity of that car. I have the billet drum and all. It cost me quite a bit of money but I run all day long on the strip in a 4000 lb car with no worries. I can call him anytime and he will answer any questions and take time with me. He even called me twice himself while building it to ask me my preferences. I met him at the nationals and he remembered building mine because he said he never had someone spend so much on a 727 that still shifted by itself. Oh, he was running 7.70's in the heat with his own build. Thats a trans.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.
