Slowing down to look inside

Today I noticed that people, my neighbors, tend to slow down as they pass my house and try to take a look inside my garage. I don't usually keep the door open unless I am working on something in there. Kind of flattering I guess.

As long as they are not looking to steal anything then it's all good  ;)

I live on a dead end road.  Most of the people that go down the road, live there.  It is very nice that you don't need to wonder why people are looking at your stuff

People tend to rev their engines when they go by my house.  Mostly kids in tuners with fart cans.  Some stop to chat.  I frequently have cars outside.  No problem but I don't leave the door ope if I'm not home.

We live on a main street, a few yards from a stop sign intersection with a elementary school down the street, and a bus stop for the high school on the sidewalk by our house.  I store the Coronet under the portable garage, our driveway is about 100 feet long down a gentle slope.

You can see the car if your in a truck driving by or if your walking on the sidewalk. The car has its own fan club of kids that always stop to look at it from the sidewalk, or come to talk to me if i am working on it.

You can tell the people that know its there or have been told there is a neat car at the house, they always slow down and look over when they take off from the stop sign or glace over if they are coming up to the stop sign.  My neighbors kids can see it from their living room window, and they are always at the window, or when they hear it start up, they always come out to the back yard.
