If anyone can make a side trip in PA when they go to Carlisle, there is a similar place called Roadside America.

I first saw it in the mid 80's on the trip to Carlisle & had stopped there again a few years ago so my daughter could see it. It's not as elaborate as the one posted & it's not computerized, but it is roughly the same size as a basketball court & built by just one guy.

I don't own any but I've always loved trains. I even have the microsoft train simulator.  :lol:  I shot these two pics as I was driving by. I should have stopped but didn't have time and it had been raining.

Somewhere in my Mothers attic I have some Marklin and Fleichman stuff my Father bought about 30 years ago, good stuff.

Those look like fun. They have a live steamer club in Saratoga NY. Never got a chance to check it out though. Chances are pretty slim but someday I think it would be cool to run a real steam powered train.
