Hurst 4 speed shifter diagram for 69?

Hey guys and gals,
I am wondering if anyone has a exploded view of the 4 speed hurst shifter? I got mine in a box.... ...and it's apart.
I want to make sure it has the right rods, and the shift plates(inside the shifter) DO have the right numbers........from what I've found.
This is the next step for my project.
A part number list would be very handy too!
