I am restoring a 72 Charger Rallye that came with factory slotted tailpipes. Each one has an integral hanger and dampening piece. Is there anyone who restores these (need a little straightening and possible rechroming) or are there replacements? Thanks.

Year one & The Paddock have them, BUT, they are expensive! :flame:  Around $400. for a pair :P

Are we talking about the exhaust tips with the red centers? There was a guy at the Madison Dodge Charger Registry Meet last year that was reproducing them in stainless I think. I planned to get his contact info but, didn't get a chance for some reason.  :P

Maybe someone else knows his name.

Yes, thanks very much for the link. Here is a pic of what mine look like. No sign of red paint inside though...

Very typical, and not bad for 30+ years
Here's the one from PG Classic:

They come in both 2.5 and 3", stainless steel in several different colours.  $275-300 dep on pipe size.
I have a set of 3" in red coming in the mail, along with his stainless fuel tank straps and 4 spd console plate. ;D
