WHITE AND RED 69

I have a set of polk audio 3.5" in my 69. They work great and fit right in the stock holes except that I had to raise the speaker cover 1/2 an inch to clear them. That was my fault though as I did not measure the new ones, and they have a raised center that the old ones did not have. Most other ones dont have the raised section so you wont have to raise the cover.

Seems to me that if you get hold of that fella in the midwest(?) who converts radios to solid state w/ipod input he could steer you in the right direction.  :shruggy:
