I almost did a poll but couldn't quite word it right. So what do you consider an "official" General Lee? Only those used on the original show? All GLs owned by WB at some point? Movie cars? Straight to video movie cars? The ones owned or once owned by John Schneider? Promo cars used to promote the shows/movies?

What makes an "official" General Lee?

In my humble opinion, if any car was proven to have the provenance you listed - then it's "official" in my book :Twocents: :Twocents:

The official General Lee passed in 1870. All others are impostors.

What would I be willing to agree justifies an "official" GL status, in some for or another?  That's one thing.

What would I personally be willing to pay huge money to buy?  That's something else.
