daytona with R/T on tail light panel

not sure if this has been posted  before ( sorry if it has) or its a nother Daytona , but seem to remember one this color with the R/T name plate also !! think that had a towbar though & came out of texas , was unrestored & in a collection  or something

Pretty sure that's the same one that was featured in a magazine some years back.
Came out of the Ron (slobe?) collection IIRC.

I remember seeing 2 daytonas in that color at a 80-85 car show.Might have the info on them .Wonder who the TX collector was

  I would think if one did get out early with RT emblem it be a early car 4-27 build car.The Slobe car is XX29L9B400564, #479 5-29 SPD job # on the Shipping List. Its a Mi Car .Being its a MI car makes it more likely to have happened
.But remains a urban legend.Ive seen a 69 Charger RT and have its paperwork with the 287### vin sequence.That shares that sequence with the #501 daytona   Id think that particular car would be a R/T emblem car

 Early daytonas would be where Id expect a R/T emblem slip up.
Unrelated but I ran across this old post that XS29J has a early daytona listed that doesnt appear on shiplist.333767
