It's pretty dang impressive, but we know there's quite a few purists out there screaming bloody murder at the transformation of an original R/T car into this gutted quarter-mile monster.

Been posted a bunch of times. I've been to the guy's garage to see it in person (actually, I was buying some of the parts off it and it happened to be there). Yes, it's a BBC because it works out better for the owner. The guy could not get a title for it so, even though it's a real R/T he made it into a race car.
