I saw this unit via the web but cant seem to track down the manufacturer, anyone?

I believe it's a Sanden. Most of the aftermarket kits use these because they have a low horsepower drag.

Not your typical mounting configuration on Mopar though. That's an aftermarket serpentine set up.

Several less expensive options exist for using them with a conventional belt arrangement.

thanks to you guys, I will check it out. I just liked how the lines were run low and clean as opposed to the "in your face" fashion

That compressor mounts where the alternator usually sits, not very common.

Bouchillon makes a low compressor mount under the alternator:
