I'm trying to remove my steering column and I removed the 4 bolts from the floor mount, and the 3 from under the dash, but I can't pull it out. Am I missing something here? I don't see it connected anywhere else.

i'm thinking you removed the roll pin from the steering coupler under the hood  :popcrn:

If you pull on the assembly hard enough after you have driven the roll pin out and if it is stuck, then you will shear the plastic pins that connect inner steering shaft to the outer shaft.  Might want to be careful.  If you are going to rebuild the coupler then it might be easier to leave the body of the coupler on the steering gear.  There is an article on rebuilding the couplers and it says that most put in the shoes backwards.  Also, the cap on the coupler oftentimes won't stay crimped to the body of the coupler.  There used to be a spring you could buy that fixed this but I don't think they are available any more.  I have seen a metal cover that goes over the end and supposedly secures the little crimp on cover.  O/W, you can probably drive the roll pin out and then gently pry off the entire coupler.
