I have a 69 charger 383 4speed with 410 rear. I do highway driving & want to do less stress on motor. I purchased a rear out ot a 68 charger with 273 gears. will that be a problem?

Nope.  You won't have nearly the accleration but it will be much much easier going at highway speeds.

I have two axles, a 4.10:1 Dana 60 and a 3.55:1 8-3/4 to install when I take long trips. Next year is Rte. 66 and the Power Tour.
With my Gear Vendors overdrive, the 3.55 ends up at something like 2.73:1.
