After looking thru the photoshop thread and seeing the silver 500 on there Id like to see what I need to run a 500 grill on my '68. So, what parts would I have to get together? I have everything Id need to run a standard '68 grill rite now

1. Get the reproduction grille kit from Mike at Dayclona (it is the fender fillers w/rubber edge and 8 attach brackets that hold the center '68 Coronet grille in place.
2. A complete '68 Coronet grille with headlamp bezels
3. Headlamp pods out of a pair of '68 Coronet fenders (then they will need to be modified
4. Vertical inner headlamp pod support brackets
5. "500" emblem

Hope this helps..

Are you planing on making your 68 into a "500" replica? What about doing the 500 rear window plug? If so You have a couple of options on that on doing that piece.

Nah, I love the recessed rear window and sail panels. Im not trying to make a clone here, just that grill. It does not have to have the 500 emblem either. I saw a cool one that just had DODGE across the middle, this one. Would it work?

It just blew my mind when I saw this pic. It is the perfect silver I want my car (the Silver Fox) and he did a few drawings of different stripes
