Locked up from setting 30 years. What to do help

I took a grinder with a cutoff wheel and made a pass through the drum, then pried it off with a screwdriver, tapping the drum with a hammer.

Try soaking the center and around studs with PB Blaster.

If the drum is stuck to the axle shaft, hitting the center of the axle shaft, not the drum, with a heavy hammer works.  If the shoes are stuck, I've heard cutting the two pins on the rear of the backing plate, and pulling the whole assembly off might work.  Will probably get hung up on the parking brake link, but you'll at least be able to get to the adjuster.

From my experience, if the drum will move away from the axle a little, it's stuck to the shoes and the advice above will work but, if it's stuck to the axle flange, penetrating fluid, heat or brute force will be needed.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
