That clone is rather rough in regards to the interior and needs a lot of love to be made presentable.  If I remember correctly the Charger has a dash out of a 66-67 b-body and the center console needed a top.  (Console appeared almost homemade)  The guy who owns/owned this 68 works for the same company I do, so I saw it many times in the parking lot.  The only thing wingcar about the Charger is the wing.  He did install a sunroof from another later model Mopar and did a pretty nice job.  But the paint job and interior both need to go....
