Craigslist 73 Charger plain jane 318 what's it worth?

The seller said the Charger was hit on the driver front fender but the owner said the car is rust free. It has a bench seat and a 318 in it, is $3,900 too much?

72 Charger Coupe, 59,000 original miles. Plain jane 318, auto, ps. No rust in floors, trunk, doors or rockers. Needs paint and body work or driver front fender and behind rear wheels. Runs good. Drive it home if you bring a plate. Nice project or drive as is.
Might consider some GM partial trades. Cash talks

I thought the 72 Charger was worth more than a 73? But I think it may be too expensive too, it has a bench seat and column shift. I really would want a console, bucket seat car.
