Help for my 17 year old looking to buy his first car

 Our 17 year son has saved for years to buy a dodge charger.  Is it possible to get one for less than 70,000 miles and for around $7500, or is this a pipe dream for him?? Thanks so much for any advice~

I agree. I like that front grill alot better than the factory...
Hope this guy realizes, we mostly deal and prefer the 66-74 Chargers.
