I don't know if I'd call it a rat rod or not, but it is kind of a cool looking custom.  You ever think of doing anything like that?

bull

Yes I have. I think anything that looks cool, but requires minimal work to become so, is a good idea. Not that that's the case with all Rat Rods but I know most of those guys save a lot of money on paint and body work. :icon_smile_big:

Ghoste

I don't know, I've heard some eye opening reports of how much money it can cost to make one of those things look like you spent no money on it.

Looks cool for sure but there isn't any way you could drive that around New England.

I think it's very cool... Not the most practical in the world, but still  :2thumbs:

Just doesnt seem right without a straight 6 (or 4) in it.    :Twocents:

StreetLegalTV did a Story on This Jeep Earlier This Week. You Can See More Pics and Info By Clicking Below:

When you think a military Jeep, you typically think the exactly opposite  of what you're seeing here. We know, because so do we. But, we can't deny the utter coolness of a small block Chevy-powered, frame rail dragging rat rod. We say "rat rod" despite the obviously lacking patina. The stenciled letter is period correct and the ammunition case is pretty spot on too.
