Ever see this bracket?

Hey there..
Have a friend who's inquisitive about the brackets on this rear taillamp panel for a '68 Charger. It was on ebay some time ago. I told my friend those aren't original brackets.. Looks like someone welded them in place......

I have them on mine, apparently they were used on 68's built prior to January, mine was built 9-12-67

Awesome !!!!!  Well, once AGAIN, I, we, learn something new... My '68 is a post-Jan,1 '68 car...........

yep, mine's a june of 68 car and I don't have them.

This is my October 68 RT, my December car has them but my May car does not.

 Yep, OEM. Not sure why they had them then dropped them.

yes - cars built in 1967 Got them...  my car as them as well...   built Oct. 27, 1967

Rolling, our vin's must be close, cause I think that's the date mine was built...
