Ok i know im a noob at this but when i start the car my seat belt lights stay on and the buzzer keeps going off...even with the belt plugged in. Only does it when the car is running obviously...any ideas?

I guess is a 71, right ?

71 is time delay flasher controled, same flahser that controls the ign key courtesy light, and is not buzzer related.. Buzzer and light working together linked directly to seatbelts began on 72s.

No the car is a 73....I'm really baffled by this...I'm wondering if there is a relay or something that controls this. Any where around here where i can get a wiring schematic for this car?

yes, seatbelt buzzer and light is relay controled, located down the dash frame, between ashtray and glovebox:

the diff between them ( body aplication ) is just the bracket shape, but you can interchange the baquelite assembly to the existant housing on your car. Piece of cake

this is the buzzer, located at the very outer side of the glove box like the pic shows
