69 charger: When i installed my T bars it seem's when i put drivers side in i had to turn the adjuster one way or another to get the bar to line up so it would slide in at that point i believe i turned the adjuster the other way and lost some adjustment with my bar. When i droped the car off jackstand the passenger side looked good but driver's side looked low both of the adjusters are at the same height? so could the drivers side be differeent from the pass side? Do i need to take out the drive side T bar and try again what are your thought's  thanks  tom

yep one cog off reinstalled looks fine thamk you. Where would i measure front ride height from the floor to wheel well opening or? and what would my height be?  again thank you

lisiecki1

ride height would be from the floor to the lowest point of the front end of the car.....I have no idea what the measurement is on a 69....
Remember the average response time to a 911 call is over 4 minutes.

The average response time of a 357 magnum is 1400 FPS.

The ride height is set by measuring two point on the lower control arem to the floor and the must fall in the given range found in the service manual for the wheel alignment to work properly.

You may have them on the wrong sides....or backwards.....I usually install them with the "slot" on the end perpendicular to the ground and the LCA completely loose....There should be a "L" and an "R"  on them both identifying where they go.   The slots go to the back

See below for how to measure method. Factory recommendation is for the inner point to be 1.125 to 1.875 inches HIGHER than the outside, which typically results ina nose up attitude. Personally, I set it where I like it height wise, then adjust the rest of the specs around that.
