I need all new front steering parts for my 68 Charger. I was told that the top of the ball joint was screwed in the A arm. is that right??

correct. new ones torque to a minimum of 125fp I think.

Snap-On has them too. Also you might check around for someone who rents them since it isn't something most people use very often.
