I was traveling on Hwy 120 out of Yosemite heading toward Oakdale CA. I was coming down a long windy road in the motorhome when i saw a bunch of cars on a piece of property and one might be an old Mopar. As i got closer I could see that the car had tail lights that looked like a cornet. I couldn't pull over and my kid started getting car sick. When i got to a computer I looked on Google Earth and found the cars if you click the little gold guy above the plus sign and drag him over the cars it should go to street view and you can get a pretty good look at the cars its the white one.

Man, I've driven by that same property for YEARS traveling to/from Yosemite & the Bay Area and that place has always been crammed with cars.  The road is so steep and windy that I've never done more than slow down to gaze.

Looks like some neat old toys there. Up on the one hill it looks like a 53ish Chevy 5 window pickup and a monte carlo.

God must love stupid people; He made so many.

Look 4 rows to the left of the white and its a GM model of the mid 50's.  not a Chevy though, maybe Pontiac?  Sea Mist Green with White top.  :scope:

I was thinking about taking a trip to Yosemite in my Charger to give the tree huggers something to bitch about and stoppng there to see what the story is.

Figured I would be less likely to get shot or run off if I rolled up in something a little more classic car guy friendly.

I google earth my house, and the 72 I use to own is sitting in front of my shop, then googled my folks house, and it is sitting in there front yard (had to leave it there about a week one time, when the starter went out). I just thought it was cool that car was at both houses when the pics were taken for google.
BTW the pics are pretty old, I sold the '72 around April of 2008.
