Where do the long bolts go?

Hey guys, I'm bolting my 727 back up to my383.  I bought new bolts to do this and I got 4 shorter bolts and 2 longer bolts.  Do the longer bolts go in the top 2 holes or do they go into the bottom 2 holes?  As always, your help is much appreciated.

They go in the bottom holes, it will become apparent when you notice that the bottom bolts go through the block and thread into the transmission case instead of vice versa on th top four.
