Some tough choices there.
David Pearson, for sure, should be in. Even Richard Petty called him the best driver he's ever raced against.
Cale Yarborough for another. The ultimate redneck, tough as nails, and the first guy to win 3 consecutive championship.

My predictions:

Pearson
Cale
Fireball
Raymond Parks
Bud Moore

I predict they will do three survivors and two dead guys.   Raymond Parks should have gotten in while he was alive.   They could have inducted Bill France Jr any time.
