I need some help guys. My brother-in-law's dad has a 1970 Dodge Challenger that has been sitting on the drive way for 30 years. He's the first owner, has a little rust issues and need a little mechanical help. Ty cr is at my sisters place and they just received a notice that if they do not register it that it will get towed. The dad does not want to sell it but he is in his 80's and has planned to restore for the past 30 years.

So if they decide to sell it, what is the going price for this vehicle? I have no experience with these cars at all. Any information is greatly apprciated.

"The car is at my sisters place"

If you're willing to reveal what part of the planet your sister lives on, I'll bet someone from this site would love to come over and look at it.

You could get a ton of info that way, some idea of what it's worth, and quite possibly an offer !

I know I wouldn't mind having another Challenger.

( I should have kept the one I had  :'( )

So... Where are you ?  :scope:

You don't have another place to put it?  What about one of those car tents with a tube frame so it could be completely out of sight?   Outside storage at a storage facility  till you can make plans for it?

I agree!  George still has not picked up the 68 I sold him, but it will not see any weather.  I can't fit the Historic Hauler in anything I own, but it is still stored inside.  If there is a will there is a way.  I bet you can find a place to keep it.

Sorry everyone, I've been out of town and just got back in. My brother in law emailed me some pictures and I will get them up as soon as I can. The car is located in Millbrae California.
