Kompact Kar Korner?

:cyclops: WANGO TANGO!

Yes, Its a local speed shop/dealer, with a awsome, reputation, been around since the 70s, unlike other wanna be speed shops that "make" their cars and try to pass them off as rare models.

I used to work with the owner at Chaplins Mazda.  The guy that was restoring it got laid off and couldnt afford it any longer. Took it down to Louis, and asked him to find a good home for it the owner called me and asked if i was interested.  Heck yeah.  Traded my Scamp and some payments for it.  Gotta finish the interior and maybe redo the engine one of these days when i feel like ripping it outta there.

Your car sure looks great from where I sit. I'm sure like most, you only see the flaws...Impact colors aren't my style, but I sure like it on yours.

Thanks,

Funny how that works.  Everyone is saying what a awsome car even the models, and they have posed with some awsome stuff,  Natalia, the one in the Sublime shoes has a sweet little 70 Lemon Twist Dart Swinger too, but i am thinking, yeah, but its got this little oil leak, and the interior isnt finished, and its got that scratch in the paint that only i know about but it bugs the hell out of me.

We are such perfectionest when it comes to our cars, but they cant ever be perfect since they are a machine and wear out little by little.

Where were the photos shot at? Curious as I am from WA myself originally. I like how the photos turned out with the various backgrounds Very nice  :2thumbs:.

We went up to Mt Vernon, since we had a mild winter most of the tulips were spent and most fields had been plowed under already.  We drove around untill we found a field for the pink shots.  We had to bribe the parking guy to let us drive out there to get them, ground was wet and i almost got stuck.

The gas station shots, were right at the entance to La Conner on the traffic circle where Chilberg Rd and LaConner Whitney Rd intersect with Morris St.

The little barn shots were on LaConner Whitney Rd and Young Rd, about a half mile off of Highway 20.

Now I'm oriented. Spent some time living in Gold Bar and working in Marysville. Nice area up around Mt. Vernon. Used to cruise the area on weekends.
