Can you use C body disk brakes on a 68 B body without changing the front sway bar  or is an A body set up a better choice?? Thanks

These have the 12" rotors according to NAPA  and I haven't heard of anybody using C body disks on an upgrade. Is there a reason or is this an untapped resource. Is the hub bolt pattern still the same on a C body?

Could be because they are too big of a diameter and if memory serves me correctly, factory optional Bendix disc brakes were 11".

Quite possible, I'd bet you would have to use 15" wheels as 14" wheels would hit the calipers. :popcrn:

Possible.  You would have to find out if they even offered 14 inch rims in Chryslers.  If they did, could they have come on the optional disc brake package?
