wiper motor shaft issue ??

i have an issue with the wiper motor the shaft on the motor is smaller than the bracket , why is this so, is there a proper bracket that should fit this proplery or is there a plastic insert of some kind, sorry for the dumb question, i do not have any thing to go off, that is near by

is this a charger wiper  motor (shaft size) or is the bracket of a nother  mopar model ??
