Need New title

I bought my 68 charger from a junkyard and have a bill of sale with the vin. I live in Idaho does anyone know how I would go about getting a new title for it in my name?

Yes I'm serious cause I was told that I would have to go thru one of those sites to get a lost title.

The Idaho DMV told you they can't do a duplicate title?  Their site provides info and the form for duplicate titles.
