IMO, if you going to actually drive this car, DO NOT use these repop belts, They stretch, and squeel and even had one guy because he had to get the belt so tight to stop the squeeling, he locked up his alternator from being so tight

I agree that they do stretch and I have even thrown a belt once since it stretched so bad.  What I have found is that you put them on, drive the car a little, then readjust the belt.  I had my alt belt stretch so bad, that in order to keep the car appearing original, I had to call Quanta and get an incorrect part number belt but same material in the next size smaller so I could still have adjustment on it.  If I know I am going to be driving any long distance, I keep a set of modern day belts in the trunk just in case I should throw another belt.  I learned the hard way and had to be towed home since the alt belt went flying which took off the power steering belt too.  I could drive without the power steering but didnt want to cook the motor since I had no water pump movement due to the lack of the belt.  Hence, a quick call to AAA and a humbling tow ride home.

Chris,
I keep my ear close to the ground on product reviews, if it's somethign I'm thinking about taking on ,. I'll buy a set and use them on my own car, or put it on a friends car. IF all goes well and theres no problems I'll do a buyin and add them in. Plug wires were the 1st item treated as such as an example .
I put a set of the belts on my former challenger 340 and had nothing but squelling out of them. fortunately I sold the car shortly after and didn't get any more feedback if they continued to stretch or not. But I'v eheard nothig but horror stories as to quality , I already had given Quanta all my dealer info. But decided to pass afterall

If theres anythign someone wants feedback on, ask. I may already know the outcome or have the channels /resources to look into it
