Hey guys, I need some help finding info (with pics) of a supposedly 1 of 1 '69 Hemi Charger R/T, F6 Spring Green Metallic, white interior, no vinyl top, no rear stripe (but it had R/T badges), and body colored rims with dogdish hubcaps. I think I saw it in a magazine a long time ago, and I want to get really good pictures of it. I am building several model cars of memorable mopars, such as a white '71 Cuda with an orange and black interior and black billboards (Creamsicle Cuda), a B5 Blue '70 Coronet R/T, a B5 Blue '71 440-6 Roadrunner, and Matt Delaney's silver '68 Charger with the Viper Engine.
I am having the hardest time getting info on my other question though, I have emailed several mopar magazines and nobody has emailed me back. I can picture in my mind a medium gold '70 Charger, with a red bumblebee stripe and no vinyl top. I have NEVER seen one of these in any magazine or on any website. I have seen green, silver, black, and white cars with red stripes, but never a gold one. Could you order one that way? The color combo simply appeals to me better than a Hi Impact color and it is very unusual. Since I was 15, I always told myself that if I got a Charger, I wanted a '68 or a '70 (over a '69, which are still gorgeous) and it would be medium gold metallic with a red stripe and no vinyl top. Probably with a black or black and white interior, with maybe a 383 or a 440.

Lastly, I would like to collect clear, good photos of '68-'74 Chargers, so a very large collage I am working on. Any color is fine, and I would like to refrain from race cars or highly modified ones, and I'm not really interested in General Lee replicas, either. If any of you want to email pics of your car(s) to me for my collage that would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
Michelle

Also, just look through that adds on Ebay. Just right click over the picture, then click "Save Picture As", and save it to any place you want on your computer.

One thing's for sure, you have great taste in cars. ;D

Welcome to the site.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

See if 6pkrunner still has any leftover DC site posters. And be sure to put in an order for the new one, too!

You mean this one?

I believe it was restored by Restorations By Julius in CA

As far as the 70 question, see if the 70 Charger Registry can help out

Good because even though my wife dislikes all of the green Chargers as well as Bronze ones and Red Chargers, I personally love them all. To me the only colors I can't stand on a charger, well I can't think of any. Guess I like them all.

Oh and Neongirl, you have some pictures on the way.

Chris G.

The only colors in 1970 available with a red stripe, were TX9 (black) and EW1 (white). The car you saw, was most likely a car painted how the owner wanted it. I'm sure a gold car with a red stripe would look great, but it's not factory.

BTW, The green '69 posted here is in the new Mopar calendar. Just an FYI.

Interesting. I haven't seen too many Green cars with a Red Tail stripe of any year to be honest. One of the 500's is green with a red stripe. Strange combination if you ask me.

Thanks guys! That is the '69 F6 Hemi Charger, now I just need pics of the back/side and interior, would it be black and white? Like black carpet, dash, and rear window panel, with white seats and door panels? Also, the gold w/ red stripe '70 Charger is my imaginary car, I have never seen one in person or anywhere, I can only picture it. Now that I know it wasn't available from the factory is good news and bad news. Bad because it wouldn't be correct, but good because no one else would have one, LOL. When I get a '70 (or '68 or '69) Charger, that is most likely what it will be. Too bad I can't trade a perfectly good Neon for a decent fixer upper, LOL, if only dreams can come true, :) You guys are cool, I havent had any luck with that green '69 Charger anywhere! Where can I get one of the calendars and one of the posters you were talking about? Thanks for any info and pics guys! Much appreciated!
