Who know's a guy from Concord Ca. with a few blue 70 Chargers from 1978-82?

I'm trying to see if this guy is a member here or anybody knows of him.  He lived in Concord Ca. and had a few blue (70 R/T's I think) chargers.  He wrecked one of them back in 1979-1981.   I can't remember his name but I used to go over and hang around watching him work on them. HYe would have been in his 20's I think.  I even got to sit in one of them.      

I first fell for these cars because of the Dukes, but this was the first real up close memories I have of the Charger.     Thank's.....
