I was at the Chrysler Classic winter swap on Saturday. Was not planning on rear disk this year for my 73. Rightstuff booth had a show special rear conversion kit with 11 inch vented crossdrilled rotors for $425. Ended up getting it.I have the 11 inch croossdrilled disk on the front.

What do I need to do to the perportioning/metering valve to have the rear disk brakes work well with the front?

Just take the valve out and use the the case as a divider?

Metering valves aren't adjustable...    Your thinking of Proportioning valves.

So remove the stock valve. Install a tee for the front brakes. Install the adjustable perportioning valve in the rear brake line. Adjust for best stopping?

Wilwood, Jegs or Baer valve? Any recomendations?
