Finally getting to a bunch of pics I took while on vacation at my sister's place in South Lake Tahoe.

This place, Runnels Auto Parts(?) is on the corner of Rt50 and 89. Its been there for quite a while and sis says that the locals aren't really sure what the guy is doing. I know that the charger that is in the photos was there (though in a different spot) in 2005 when I was out there for her wedding. It was sporting the same primer paint job. I can't comment on how long the other cars have been there. The store front was closed when I was out buying breakfast goodies at the grocery store across the street so no one to talk to. Never made it back out there as I was too busy sleeping, skiing, and eating.  :D

Enjoy.

The charger is an XP, with Red interior, auto on the column. Couldn't read the whole VIN and didn't want to poke too much with no one there. The inside was filled with the trim pieces. No grille on or inside. That cool character is Alex, my middle monster. A whole 17 min older than his brother. He asked dad if he could get in a shot with the charger.  :2thumbs:

Why thank you! Would you mind if I use those pictures for my site? :2thumbs: Quite funny that Duster has a 2 tone paint job.....I was looking at mine in the driveway today and I noticed where I have a spray paint on the sail panels (from body work we did last year), it makes mine look like it has a 2 tone blue paint job :icon_smile_big:

Yea, I realized that after I posted it all up.  :brickwall: If you use Ctrl+- and Ctrl++ (View->Zoom->In/Out) you can get them to fit on the screen with out having to scroll. That's for Firefox anyhow.

The size I was referring to was the size-on-disk. The images are of really low quality to get them to the site size constraints. So I really meant if you wanted the full quality images.......

that charger has been there forever -  my friend's father lives over in Incline Village (opposite side of the lake) and says he sees it there all the time when he's joyriding one of his many cars...      :2thumbs:

I haven't been by that place since 2004.  There are more cars there now than then.  I don't know why the owner of that property has never done anything with it.  It's certainly a prime piece of real estate.  I'll always have a soft spot in me for Tahoe.  We moved to Tahoe City in 1963 and I went to Tahoe-Truckee High School.  I learned to ski at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.  My Dad couldn't make a decent living up there and shortly after buying one of the first waterfront condos at the (then new) Incline Village for $35,000.00 (now probably a million or more) we moved back to L.A..  Bob
