Importing car into Canada from the Unites States

Hello,

I am trading one of my cars for a car in the US. I have never purchased a car from the US or done a trade before. Can anybody help me with all of the details or provide links which will answer all of my questions as the car will be coming 2000 miles and I do not want any hold ups.

Also anything to watch out for or additional advice would be apreciated.
