3rd generation rallye gauge decals

I bought a 150 mph speedometer for my 73 but it really needs to be repainted and new decals put on it. Does anyone sell the decals or is there someone that I could send this to that can do a good job on it?

Thanks, I tried calling him but no answer so I sent him an email. It looks like he does good work from what he has on the web site.
