whats the size of the bolts going from block and threating in at tranny ?

I mean, hex head size and lenght... I know the bolt size itself and thread, just installed helicoils, BUT, found two bolts that will work but with diff head size ( one 5/8 and the other one bigger ). Dunno the propper lenght either.

I missed the originals on the road due the damaged threads at belhousing

Back N Black

The top four bolts are 3/8"-16 X 1 1/4" long.

The bottom two bolts are 7/16"-14, the starter side is 2" long and the opposite side is 1 3/4" long.    :2thumbs:

I have the top 4 still originals, not a prob there

I found 2 bolts 1 3/4"... but head is 11/16" and I think remember they should be 5/8"... right ? I did know one of them was longer too.

I was trying to get original automotive bolts with captive washers ( imposible to find down here at any kind of shop ), but couldn't find 5/8" ones on my personal Junkyard ( a small box full of bolts LOL ), so I had to use the 11/16" ones I found there.

will keep my eyes for the right ones... Thanks for the info.
