68 parts on C500's

The numbers might be on the underside of the cap .I had a NOS 69 charger gas cap I recall the pentstar and part number.Not sure recall seeing a date code .But on the repos there is nothing on the underside

mine is definatly a 68 non lettered cap but not seeing a date just parts numbers and a pentastar

Figured Id ask the question here I was out in my shed and found a August 68 starter does that fit in with anybodys aero car build date

  I have no need for it.It will go the auto parts store as a rebuild core
