door glass on a 73 se

The bolt/plastic grommet set-up that holds the front of my door glass to the regulator came appart. What is the correct way for this thing to go together? I have two button type washers that the bolt can thread through, one larger that the other. I also have a plastic part with a collar on one end. What is the assembly order from the regulator through the glass?

I've already put it back together. Hopefully the correct way. I try not to take the door appart too much. The heavy cadboard  backing on my upper door panel is on it's last legs and the molding clips won't stay in. It seems to make it about a week or two till the grommet on the window falls apart. So give it some time. I'm sure I'll have to do it again shortly.
